At Cherry Game, I coordinated media buying, KOL placements and retention mechanics that drove MAU from 1.8M to 6M+ in under 4 months. The approach combined aggressive traffic acquisition with a CPA model optimized for quality users.
At Cherry Game I generated $150k+ in traffic sales and closed a strategic partnership yielding 350% net profit. At Diamore I personally closed $27k in direct sales while managing a 170+ ambassador network generating additional revenue.
At Diamore I led 170+ ambassadors across multiple regions, creating structured onboarding, incentive tiers and performance tracking — contributing to DAU growth from 300k to 1.2M and MAU from 400k to 3.4M.
At Mind FLUX / Pepr DEX I took the product from concept to live MVP, coordinating dev, design and marketing teams simultaneously. With no large team or budget, I reduced time-to-action by 37%, raised ARPU by 20–25% and improved activation by +25%.
